To qualify you must be a City of Savannah water customer.
Visit the EyeOnWater signup page to create your account. Where it says Account Number, instead enter utility account’s Barcode number, without the leading zeros. Enter your service or billing ZIP/postal code and click Next.
Enter your name and email address. Confirm the address, and then create and confirm a password. Passwords must be 8 to 16 characters long.
Check your email for the verification message that has just been sent. Click on the link in the email to verify your email address.
Next, either login to your account on a phone by downloading the EyeOnWater app (available on iOS and Android), or on a computer visit the EyeOnWater login page.
Near the top of your account dashboard, you will see your water usage (in gallons) for this week, last week, and the percent change between them. Make note of these numbers to use in filling out the application. You are now ready to complete the application.
If you still have a manually read analog meter instead of one with a digital face, please enter zero (0) for the final three water usage questions.
