To qualify you must be a City of Savannah water customer.
FOR CUSTOMERS WITH A NEW WATER METER (WITH DIGITAL FACE AND PLASTIC COVER PLATE):
Visit the EyeOnWater signup page to create your account. Where it says Account Number, instead enter utility account’s Barcode number, without the leading zeros. Enter your service or billing ZIP/postal code and click Next.
Enter your name and email address. Confirm the address, and then create and confirm a password. Passwords must be 8 to 16 characters long.
Check your email for the verification message that has just been sent. Click on the link in the email to verify your email address.
Next, either login to your account on a phone by downloading the EyeOnWater app (available on iOS and Android), or on a computer visit the EyeOnWater login page.
Near the top of your account dashboard, you will see your water usage (in gallons) for this week, last week, and the percent change between them. Make note of these numbers to use in filling out the application. You are now ready to complete the application.
FOR CUSTOMERS WITH AN OLD WATER METER (WITH ANALOG FACE AND METAL COVER PLATE):
If you have not completed a water audit with the City of Savannah, you must collect data from your water meter before you fill out this application. You will need to collect three readings over 48 hours, so please make note of them to use in filling out the application.
Find your water meter and write down the number that it is currently displaying. Wait 24 hours and make note of the reading again. Then wait another 24 hours and make note of the reading again. You are now ready to complete the application.
