To qualify you must be a City of Savannah water customer.
If you have not completed a water audit with the City of Savannah, you must collect data from your water meter before you fill out this application. You will need to collect three readings over 48 hours, so please make note of them to use in filling out the application.
Find your water meter and write down numbers that it is currently displaying. Wait 24 hours and make note of the reading again. Then wait another 24 hours and make note of the reading again. You are now ready to complete the application.
